Question: How long does it take to print?
The answer depends on what you chose. If we have the stock on hand, and it is not a special print process, the average turn around time is 2-3 Business Days (We do not operate Sunday/Monday). We are not able to print while you wait. If you require a special print process or if it is from one of our vendors, the average time is between 1 to 3 weeks depending on the shipping method chosen.
Question: Can I bring my own paper?
Yes. All paper is different, so to ensure we can print it, please bring a sample to one of our associates to see if we can print it. Generally we can print most things, but finishes on paper can directly affect print quality.
Question: What is the cost of printing?
There is no general price range, as there are multiple methods of printing that affects the price. We do not charge per word or per letter, each invitation has a set price. The variables in the pricing depends on print process, art work, colors etc.
Question: I had a friend (or purchased a design online) design my invitation, can you print it?
Yes, we accept PDF designs. See one of our associates for paper options.
Question: I found something I like on a site, but don't like something about it, can you help me?
Chances are, we can help you; however, it is important to note we are not graphic designers. While we do our best to achieve your desired look, some things are best left to the professionals... graphic artists. Please also note, we do not break copyright laws or even remotely want to steal a designers designs. We respect their work, so if you wanted something duplicated for a cheaper price, we will refer you back to the original artist, who deserves to be paid for their design.
Question: What is the average price?
We have found there is no average price for Wedding Invitations. We carry a large assortment of companies that offer different price points. The best thing to do is set a budget for the invitations, and 9 times out of 10, we are able to stay within the budget. That said, we do not carry the lines that cost $1 per invitation set.
Question: Can I bring my own paper?

Question: How soon can I get them?
The general turn around time is 2 to 3 weeks based on standard ground delivery. If you need your invitations sooner, we can request the company ship accordingly to meet your deadline.

Yes. We offer a full range of wedding accessories. Bridesmaids gifts, card boxes, cake toppers, programs, seating charts, menu cards, welcome bag information, water bottle covers, sand and candle ceremony, favor boxes and more.

Question: Do you Gift Wrap gifts not purchased from your store?
Answer: Yes we do. It does not matter to us where you buy your gift, we will gift wrap it
Question: How much does it cost to wrap a gift?
Answer: It depends on the size of the package. We carry sheet wrapping paper, not rolls. In the event you have a large gift, we may need to use multiple sheets to cover the box.
Question: Do you supply boxes?
We have a standard sized shirt box for available for purchase. The boxes we carry are similar to the boxes you receive from the department stores at Christmas. If you are bringing a gift from another store to be gift wrapped, you might want to procure a box for your item before coming.

Question: Where are you located?
Our address is 5816 St. Augustine Road, Jacksonville, Florida.
We are located at the corner of Saint Augustine Road and Community Road, just one block from the corner of University Boulevard and Saint Augustine Road. We are located in the set of shops directly across the San Jose Elementary School. Please note: We have a lot of confusion regarding Old Saint Augustine Road that intersects with I-295. We are located on Saint Augustine Road directly across the Bolles Football Stadium.
Question: Do you only do invitations?
No. We also carry a large selection of "things very special." When making buying decisions, we only carry products that are not sold in your average big box retailers. We make this happen by purchasing quality over price and also supporting local artisans and Fair Trade Association.
Question: Do I need an appointment for a consultation?
Never. While we do accept appointments, one is never required. Our mission is to provide you with a seamless, stress-free experience and feel that requiring you to work within our schedule goes against our philosophy of working with your schedule. If our doors are open, you will never be turned away.
Question: I don't get off until after you close, will you stay late?
Yes. Please contact us with a date and time you would like to come in as soon as you can so we can make arrangements to stay after hours. There are days that we have meetings or events scheduled after work, so advance notice is required.
